• Your should submit your stall booking applications "on-line" via this website using a credit card and your valid email address. Please ensure you check the availability of market stalls and dates (see below) before making your enquiry.

• While on-line and email booking applications are preferred, phone or fax is available noting payment must be received before the booking would be made firm. (see below). Bookings could be up to five and sometimes eight weeks in advance. The forward booking lead time varies as stall demand warrants.

• The stall fee as of 6th November 2008, will rise to $50.00 (from $48.00) including GST. Pre-payment by credit card is required. (Cheques/Money Orders should be made payable to “Rotary Club of Balwyn”. Note however that because so many people make bookings and then don't forward payment - no booking can be firmed or accepted without payment in hand.)

• Changing Bookings: Office bookings can be changed to another Sunday (not cancelled) up until 5:00pm on the Tuesday prior to the Market day.

• Alternatively, rather than advance booking you may arrive at the market on the day and pay if and when a stall becomes available. Note that names are placed on a list adjacent to or on the Rotary Van and stalls are re-let in name order.

This waiting list is available from approx. 5.15am to 5.30am onwards and the sooner you place your name on the list, the better your chances are of getting a stall.

Cost "on the day" is $42 per stall, incl. $3.82 GST. No choice of stall is given to stallholders obtaining a stall in this manner. NOTE: NO GUARANTEE OF OBTAINING A STALL CAN BE GIVEN.
